Psychedelic rockers Stephen Paul Smoker emanate a certain kind of haunting, distortion-filled noise cloud that could fill a room with swirling, smoky colors. So it was only natural that for its new video “No You No Me” the band wanted visuals that would match its sound. Stephen Paul Smoker tapped Zak Baker – the man behind Ornery Little Darling’s video for “Logic of an Alcoholic” – for his interpretation of the song. The resulting film clip is trippy, colorful and full of big, sexy eyelashes. It was the one thing I didn’t anticipate.
